I was traveling interstate to get home when I got so tired that I had to pull over at a rest stop and get a couple of hours sleep. Before I left the rest stop, I was approached by some (3) guys who had a dead battery in their vehicle. It was a little scary, since it was three a.m. in the middle of nowhere. Since I had my Pitbull dog in the car with me, I thought that I would take the chance to help them. After I dug out the jumper cables, and jumped their car, they offered to pay me. I didn't feel right taking money to help someone in need, so I just asked them to do a favor or do something nice for someone else, if they really wanted to pay me back. I didn't go into the Pay it Forward movie or philosophy, since they were from Russia, and I'm not sure how much English that they understood, so I kept it simple. I don't know if they ever did Pay it Forward, but I did ask them to in simple language.
